Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for is 5-7 business days.
Orders are dispatched from the UAE. Worldwide shipping available*. (Comes with tracking)
DESTINATIONS:
* UAE orders are sent by courier. It costs $9 and transit time is 1-3 days. (I need 3-5 days to make your item.)
INTL LOCATIONS: If you don't see your destination, please contact me. Items are sent via registered mail with tracking, so you may have to sign for it or pick up from the post office if no one is home.
Recipient is responsible for taxes/customs duties. UPDATE: US CUSTOMERS NOW HAVE TO PAY TARIFFS ON ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES (10% FOR MY JEWELRY). Please DO NOT purchase if you don't want to pay tariff costs. This is a US FEDERAL MANDATE and is out of my hands.
USA customers please note that all items from overseas get scanned in NY before being sent to your location.

Canada: 2-4 weeks

Europe: 1-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks

We will ONLY ship to CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESSES.
Courier service is also available at $50.00 by FedEx to International locations. It takes 2-3 business days.
We cannot guarantee processing times. Mail is inspected by your country’s Customs office and needs to be cleared before release into the postal system and delivery to you. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Courier service takes 2-4 days.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. VitrineDesigns is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds/Returns
We do not accept returns at this time.
Please let us know if you have an issue with your item within 1-2 days of receiving it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with tracking. Item must be returned within 7 days of notifying us. Once item is received, a refund will be issued (less shipping)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
